  • Ni fydd archeb yn cael ei hystyried wedi ei gadarnhau oni bai bod o leiaf blaendal wedi’i dalu, ac mae Aled Oddy Friluftsliv yn cadw’r hawl i aildosbarthu’r lle hyd nes y derbynnir taliad, boed yn flaendal neu’n llawn.

    Gellir gwneud taliad drwy'r system archebu apwyntiadau ar-lein ar wefannau AOF.cymru/AOF.wales, drwy anfoneb, trosglwyddiad banc, neu os cytunwyd yn benodol, drwy daliad arian fisegol. Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau pellach ynglŷn â hyn, peidiwch ag oedi cyn gofyn.

  • Mae ein holl hyfforddwyr/addysgwyr/arweinwyr yn gymwys ar yn y gweithgaredd/gweithgareddau ac wedi’u hyswirio ar gyfer y gweithgareddau y byddant yn eu cynnal gyda chi. Oherwydd natur yr amgylchedd fel y disgrifiwyd uchod, efallai y bydd angen i'n hyfforddwyr/addysgwyr/arweinwyr ymateb yn gyflym i newidiadau yn y sefyllfa, gan gynnwys ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i newid llwybrau, addasu cynlluniau neu dorri'r diwrnod yn fyr er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch y grŵp. Cyhyd ag y bo modd, bydd hyn yn cael ei wneud drwy ymgynghori â chi fel cyfranogwr; fodd bynnag, lle nad yw hyn yn bosibl, byddwn yn ceisio egluro ar ôl yr gweithgaredd u na'i trwy trafodaeth fer neu mewn e-bost dilynol.

    Os penderfynir ei bod yn angenrheidiol cyrraedd pwynt diogel sy’n hygyrch i gerbyd oherwydd newidiadau mewn tywydd/amodau , am resymau meddygol, neu ystyriaethau eraill a allai effeithio ar ddiogelwch y grŵp, ni allwn gynnig ad-daliadau llawn na rhannol, ac felly byddem yn argymell cymryd yswiriant personol ar gyfer canslo, damweiniau ac iechyd er mwyn diogelu yn erbyn y sefyllfa hon.

  • Mae’r BMC yn cydnabod bod dringo a mynydda yn weithgareddau sydd â pherygl o anaf personol neu farwolaeth. Dylai cyfranogwyr yn y gweithgareddau hyn fod yn ymwybodol o’r risgiau, eu derbyn a bod yn gyfrifol am eu gweithredoedd eu hunain.

  • Bydd rhestr offer yn cael ei hanfon gan Aled Oddy Friluftsliv fel rhan o'r deunydd cyn-gwrs/digwyddiad, ac mae disgwyl i gyfranogwyr ddod â’r eitemau a restrir oni bai bod trefniant wahanol wedi’i gytuno o leiaf 48 awr cyn y digwyddiad.

    Mae AOF a’i staff yn cadw’r hawl i archwilio’r offer a ddarperir gan y cyfranogwr, ac os oes gan eitem effaith sylweddol ar ddiogelwch y cleient/grŵp neu, efo offer dringo yn benodol, allan o ei cyfnod defnydd fel nodwyd gan eu cynhyrchydd , mae AOF a’i staff yn cadw’r hawl, lle’n bosibl, i ddarparu eitem yn ei lle am gyfnod yr activity. Os nad yw hyn yn bosibl, bydd cytundeb i addasu’r amserlen neu’r asesiad risg er mwyn galluogi’r cleient i gymryd rhan gyda’r offer sydd ganddynt.

    Mae’n brin bod angen canslo digwyddiad oherwydd offer y cleient, ac fel arfer bydd hyn oherwydd diffyg sawl eitem orfodol sydd wedi’u hamlygu mewn print trwm ar y rhestr offer. Yn yr achos hwn, bydd staff AOF yn rhoi eglurhad am y rhesymau diogelwch dros y penderfyniad, naill ai ar y pryd neu drwy e-bost ar ôl y digwyddiad. Am fwy o fanylion, cyfeiriwch at y polisi canslo neu cysylltwch â ni.

  • Mae Aled Oddy Friluftsliv yn deall bod sefyllfeydd a chynlluniau pobl yn gallu newid ac yn aml yn cael eu heffeithio gan rymoedd allanol; felly, fel cwmni, rydym yn ceisio bod mor hyblyg â phosibl i adlewyrchu'r realiti hwn.

    Er mwyn galluogi hyn, rydym wedi sefydlu'r rheolau isod ynglŷn â chanslo, ond os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau neu ymholiadau pellach, mae croeso i chi gysylltu â ni.

    Os ydych yn rhoi gwybod i ni am eich dymuniad i ganslo ddwy wythnos neu fwy cyn dyddiad y digwyddiad rydych wedi'i archebu, rydych yn gymwys i dderbyn ad-daliad llawn.

    Os ydych yn rhoi gwybod i ni am eich dymuniad i ganslo rhwng dwy a un wythnos cyn dyddiad y digwyddiad rydych wedi'i archebu, rydych yn gymwys i dderbyn ad-daliad o 50%.

    Os ydych yn rhoi gwybod i ni am eich dymuniad i ganslo llai nag wythnos cyn dyddiad y digwyddiad, ni fyddwch yn gymwys i dderbyn ad-daliad.

    Os oes rhaid i AOF ganslo'r digwyddiad am unrhyw reswm, naill ai cynigir dyddiad wahanol neu rhoddir ad-daliad llawn; fodd bynnag, ni allwn ad-dalu costau teithio neu lety. Oherwydd hyn, ac er mwyn rhoi mwy o hyblygrwydd i chi gyda chanslo, rydym yn argymell yn gryf eich bod yn cymryd yswiriant canslo, damwain, ac iechyd personol.

    Os yw’r tywydd neu’r amodau’n golygu bod angen addasu’r amserlen am resymau diogelwch, bydd y newidiadau hyn yn cael eu cyfathrebu er mwyn cael eich cytundeb.

 Policies (English)

  • A booking will not be considered confirmed unless at minimum a deposit has been paid and Aled Oddy Friluftsliv reserves the right to reallocate the place until payment, whether a deposit or in full is received.

    Payment can be made via the online appointment booking system on the AOF.cymru/AOF.wales websites, via invoice, via bank transfer or if specifically agreed via cash payment. If you have any further questions regarding this please don't hesitate to ask.

  • To participate in an Aled  Oddy Friluftsliv event you need to have read and agreed to the BMC Participation statement as well as filling in and signing a participation and medical form which can be found here. The former is to highlight that there is a potential to be operating in dynamic and high risk environments and how this will inform the decisions made by your instructor whilst the latter is so that we can ensure your safe participation in a way informed by your needs medical and otherwise. One of the key foundations of Aled Oddy Friluftsliv as a company is accessibility and so any information disclosed will be used to try and facilitate your participation and make the activity safe and engaging for all rather than place any barriers to participation. If any new medical information or information you forgot to disclose comes to light between the time you filled in the form and the beginning of the activity please let the instructor know at the earliest possible opportunity.

    All our instructors/coaches/leaders are qualified for the activity and insured for the activites they will undertake with you. Due to the nature of the environment as described above our instructors/coaches/leaders may have to react quickly to changes in the situation including but not limited to changing routes, modifying plans or cutting the day short to ensure the safety of the group; as much as possible this will be done in consultation with you as a participant however where this is not possible we will seek to explain afterwards either during a debrief or in a follow up email. If it is decided that it is necessary to reach a safe vehicle accessible point due to changes in the real world weather/conditions, for medical reasons or other considerations that would affect the safety of the group we cannot offer full or partial refunds and therefore would recommend taking out personal cancellation, accident and medical insurance to guard against this eventuality.

    We believe in a practice of informed participation and therefore if you are not comfortable with a situation or wish to stop please inform your instructor who can discuss with you the best course of action to proceed. Where appropriate an alternative will be offered or if necessary this may involve all participants returning to a safe vehicle accessible point; these options will be explained to you in full at the time. If you choose to leave the group/activity against instructor advice then neither AOF nor the instructor will hold a professional duty of care or be liable for your actions and their consequences.

    Aled Oddy Friluftsliv can work with U18 in a mountain walking/hill climbing context however to do so we require the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

  • The BMC recognises that climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions.

  • A kit list will be sent out by Aled Oddy Friluftslis as part of the pre-course/event maeterial and participants are expected to bring the items/equipment listed unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed at least 48 hours ahead of the event. AOF and its staff reserves the right to inspect kit provided by the participant and if an item has the potential to have a material safety impact on the client/group or is no longer within its manafacturer stated life-span, in the case of climbing equipment, then AOF and its staff reserve the right to where possible provide a replacement for the duration of the activity and failing that agree to revise the itinerary and/or risk assessment to allow for the client to participate with the equipment they have. It is rare for an event to need to be cancelled due to client equipment and generally this will be due to a lack of multiple items of mandatory equipment highlighted in bold on the kit list in such an eventuality an explanation of the safety reasons behind this decision will be given by AOF staff either at the time or by email after the event; for further details please refer to the cancellation policy or get in contact with us.

  • Aled Oddy Friluftsliv understands that people's circumstances and plans can change an often be subject to external forces; as such we, as a company, try to be as accommodating as possible to this reality. To allow this to happen we have the below rules regarding cancellations but if you have any further questions or queries please don't hesitate to contact us.

    If you inform us of your wish to cancel two weeks or more before the date of the event you are booked on you are eligible to receive a full refund.

    If you inform us of your wish to cancel between two and one weeks before the date of the event you are booked on you are eligble to receive a 50% refund

    If you inform us of your wish to cancel less than a week before the date of the event you are ineligible for a refund.

    If the event needs to be cancelled by AOF for whatever reason either an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given however we cannot reimburse travel or accommodation costs so for this reason and to give you more flexibility with cancellation we strongly suggest you get personal cancellation, accident and medical insurance. If weather or conditions mean that adjustments to the itenary are required for safety reasons these will be communicated so as to get your agreement.
